The CHAMP 185 brings true hydraulic clamping and cutting (2,350 lb of pressure) to the 18" class, where most competitors rely on lighter electric drives. Its 1/4" cold-rolled steel welded frame stands up to daily production, and lockable casters let it move through a standard 36" doorway.
This version uses a manual backgauge with adjustable clamp pressure and a red LED cut-line light. Choose a front tilt shield or a light-beam safety system. Each machine ships with an HSS knife, three cutting sticks, a jogging aid, tools and a knife-change holder. Built in Michigan, USA, with a 1-year warranty.
