The Duplo DB-300 Perfect Binder makes professional-quality soft-cover books and manuals easy. This standalone binder produces books up to 2″ thick at up to 400 cycles per hour.

The operator places the book block in the clamp and the cover in the nipping station. The block passes over the milling and notching station to rough up the spine, then the glue tank applies hot-melt EVA glue to the spine, with two side-gluing wheels for proper opening and closing. Adjustable nipping and clamping handle a range of book thicknesses. A Planamelt glue option suits coated and uncoated stock.
