The Titan 230Pro is Challenge's 23" programmable hydraulic cutter for shops that need production-grade cutting for digital, inkjet and offset work. It is built on a cast iron and steel frame with a 1" solid tool aluminum table, low-maintenance UHMW gibs and an LED cut line light.
The Pro touch-screen controller makes job programming simple, lets you set clamp pressure for each step, and stores up to 9,801 cut positions. Built-in diagnostics walk the operator through any errors. Category 4 safety light beams, an enclosed rear table, two-hand cut buttons and a knife safety latch meet UL and CE standards. Made in the USA.
